30-Day Employer Acquisition & Marketplace Activation Pilot for Afruniverse

Afruniverse is engaging GEH Consulting International Ltd for a 30-day proof-of-performance pilot focused on generating genuine employer demand and real marketplace activity. The objective is not simply to generate registrations. The pilot is intended to identify and engage genuine businesses with creative or digital service needs, onboard qualified businesses onto Afruniverse, support them in posting genuine projects, and follow those opportunities through the marketplace hiring funnel. GEH will provide one dedicated Lead Generation Specialist and one dedicated Business Development Officer for the 30-day pilot. Acquisition during this pilot will be primarily direct and organic. The ₦100,000 project value covers GEH's team time and does not include a separate paid-advertising budget. Scope and deliverables During the 30-day engagement, GEH will: Identify and directly engage businesses with genuine creative or digital project needs. Onboard 12 genuine businesses onto Afruniverse. Each business should have identifiable real-world operations and a genuine creative or digital requirement. Achieve at least 7 of the 12 onboarded businesses posting at least one genuine, live project on Afruniverse within the 30-day pilot. Guide and follow up with onboarded businesses through registration, profile completion and project posting where necessary. Follow up on posted projects with the objective of progressing suitable opportunities toward paid hires. Submit a progress report every Friday showing movement through the agreed acquisition funnel. Submit a final 30-day report summarising results, conversion performance, obstacles encountered and recommendations for any subsequent engagement. Payment will be processed through Afruniverse. Any applicable marketplace/service fees and payment-processing treatment will be governed by the applicable Afruniverse payment terms.
